Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least one year of leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
  • Outstanding customer service skills, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple situations effectively
  • Budget and financial accountability experience, revenue generation preferred
  • Knowledge of NAEYC/NAC and state licensing requirements preferred
  • Ability to meet state-specific guidelines for the role
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills, ability to lift at least 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
  • Ability to assume low postures to engage with children, ensure safety, and perform physical activities
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate with children and parents
  • This role requires on-site work at the center daily

Range of pay: $56,250.00 - $102,250.00 salary
