Requirements

Essential Talents & Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in management, sales, education, or related fields, with strong customer service skills
• Bachelor's degree required
• Excellent communication skills: compassion, active listening, needs assessment, solution provision, and objection handling
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive planning and work under own initiative
• Strong leadership, empathy, tact, and diplomacy
• Ability to work cooperatively with students, parents, and staff
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Accountability for business operations, including meeting sales and marketing goals, and demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset
