As One of Our Happy Center Leaders, You Will:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating passion and creating an environment of trust and rapport with diverse groups.
  • Maintain the physical environment and ensure all health and safety standards comply with regulations.
  • Ensure the center is fully staffed with high-performing teachers by sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging current and prospective employees.
  • Guide teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, utilizing engaging characters to make learning fun.
  • Deliver business results through family retention, enrollment growth, and efficient operations, including managing accounts receivable/payable, P&L, and payroll.
  • Engage prospective families via tours and community marketing events to increase awareness and enrollment.

  • Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred), with at least one year required.
  • Possess a state-specific Administrative or Director credential and meet other state guidelines.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in ECE or a related field (highly preferred).
  • Have strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
