As One of Our Happy Center Leaders, You Will:
- Lead by example, demonstrating passion and creating an environment of trust and rapport with diverse groups.
- Maintain the physical environment and ensure all health and safety standards comply with regulations.
- Ensure the center is fully staffed with high-performing teachers by sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging current and prospective employees.
- Guide teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, utilizing engaging characters to make learning fun.
- Deliver business results through family retention, enrollment growth, and efficient operations, including managing accounts receivable/payable, P&L, and payroll.
- Engage prospective families via tours and community marketing events to increase awareness and enrollment.

- Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred), with at least one year required.
- Possess a state-specific Administrative or Director credential and meet other state guidelines.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in ECE or a related field (highly preferred).
- Have strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
Must meet any background screening or licensing requirements for the role.
