Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Behavior Technician to support Spanish-speaking children with autism spectrum disorder in a center-based program. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect data to track progress.

You will work closely with families and the clinical team in Spanish as needed, helping develop skills and improve learning and behavior outcomes in a structured setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish for working with children and families.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated approach.
• Ability to follow behavior plans and implement interventions accurately.
• Strong attention to data collection and documentation.
• Effective teamwork and communication with clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed for each child.
• Work under the clinical direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record behavioral data to support effective treatment.
• Support skill development and improve learning and behavior outcomes.
• Maintain a compassionate, consistent environment aligned with program goals.
• Communicate effectively with families and the clinical team, using Spanish as needed.
