Centria Autism Center in Charlotte, NC is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA and using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills. No prior experience required—comprehensive training is provided.

Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualificações

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year)
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsabilidades

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors.
• Collaborate with team and participate in training and safety protocols.
