Job summary

Galliant is hiring Behavior Technicians in Texas to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role includes a fully funded RBT certification and a daytime schedule Monday–Friday, with ample room for growth through semi-annual raises.

You will work directly with experienced BCBAs in a BCBA-D owned clinic, supporting behavior reduction, communication, and daily living skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct therapy to reduce challenging behaviors and build daily living skills.
• Deliver assent-based, child-centered care in a clinic setting.
• Track session data using a clinic tablet and document progress notes.
