Job summary

Galliant Ennis clinic is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. No prior ABA experience required; we offer 100% paid training and certification.

Hours are 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday, with a stable daytime schedule and full benefits. Starting pay is $17.00–$18.50 per hour, plus opportunities for raises every 6 months as you grow with the role.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; no prior ABA experience required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with ASD.
• Deliver assent-based therapy in a clinic setting.
• Track session data and draft daily progress notes.
