Job summary

Centria Autism in Bay City, Michigan is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, supporting communication, social, and daily living skills under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will receive comprehensive training, gain hands-on experience, and help families by implementing individualized behavior intervention plans in a compassionate, collaborative environment. Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certifications and TB test required.
• Background check required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Apply evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with a BCBA and a team to monitor progress and adjust strategies.
