Centria Autism in Taylor, MI is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA and using evidence-based techniques to teach essential skills.

We provide training and a supportive team environment. The role requires patience, compassion, and physical ability to move and assist children, with pay range of $17-$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• 18+ years of age with a HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
