Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. In this role you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA and using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. You should be patient and team-oriented; the job involves physical movement and lifting up

Competenze

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Candidates must obtain a Registered Behavior Technician Certification from the BACB.
