Job summary

RCS Learning Center Inc. in Natick, MA is seeking a Behavior Technician for a full-time, center-based role serving children 6–22 with Autism. You will receive comprehensive training, mentoring from BCBA supervisors, and opportunity to pursue RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working with children ages 6-22 with Autism.
• Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Interest in ABA, psychology, human services, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable.
• Experience as babysitter, nanny, paraprofessional, tutor, camp counselor, or coach preferred.
• Able to submit a transcript.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA services to children ages 6-22 diagnosed with Autism.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior programs.
• Conduct data collection electronically (using Catalyst).
• Work collaboratively with SLPs, OTs, and Special Education Teachers.
• Must be willing to use restraint and hold techniques learned via SOLVE training.
• Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
• Must be able to address basic needs such as feeding, diapering, toileting, and dressing.
• Must be able to work on a computer or be on your feet for extended periods of time.
