Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide personalized support for children with autism in a center-based setting. Your essential role will include direct client care, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with parents and caregivers to enhance each child's development.

The ideal candidate is an empathetic individual holding certification as an RBT, with excellent communication skills and the ability to adhere to detailed instructions. This full-time position offers a pay range of $19-$25 per hour, benefits, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Must be willing to participate in the company’s background check process.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training.
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
