Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Newark, Delaware invites compassionate Behavior Therapists, BTs and RBTs to join our 1:1 ABA program. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement tailored treatment plans addressing behavioral management, daily living, social and community skills.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year experience with children with disabilities.
• RBT experience/credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy with children under supervision.
• Implement tailored treatment plans addressing behavioral management, daily living, social and community skills.
• Assist with safety and handling as needed; may involve lifting and positioning.
