Job summary
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
Center-based opportunities with flexible schedules, great pay around $20/hr, plus Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, PTO, 401k, and career growth within a trusted provider with 20+ years of service across 29 locations nationwide.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
- Work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans.
