Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks caring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in Union, NJ. The role centers on implementing individualized treatment plans with children who have autism.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• May include long periods of standing, sitting, following, lifting, bending, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA clinician.
• Work one-on-one with children according to individualized treatment plans.
