Job summary

Galliant is hiring a Behavior Technician to work in their clinic, offering a daytime schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday. Entry-friendly role with substantial growth potential as raises are given every six months.

No specialized ABA background is required; candidates from education, caregiving, DSP/CNA, or retail can transition successfully with their people skills and reliable work ethic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or higher.
• Caregiver or frontline service background welcomed.
• Clear communication and reliability needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care to children to reduce challenging behaviors and build daily living skills.
• Deliver assent-based therapy in a safe, engaging clinic environment.
• Track and document session data and progress notes.
