Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Center-Based Behavior Technician to work directly with young children and support skill development through play-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

Role Overview

As a Center-Based Behavior Technician,you'llwork directly with young children (typically ages18 months-6 years) to support skill development through play-based, individualized ABA therapy.You'llbe part of a collaborative team that values creativity, consistency, and compassionate care.

What You'll Do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
• Use play, movement, and creativity to engage children
• Collectaccuratesession data and progress notes
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child's success
• Helpmaintaina safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment

Pay Ranges (Based on Education & Experience)

• High School Diploma /Associate's Degree:$23.00 - $28.00/hour
• Bachelor's Degree:$24.00 - $28.00/hour

Additional factors that may increase starting pay include:

• Prior experience working in ABA or related behavioral health settings
• Higher levels of education or relevant coursework
• Fluency inadditionallanguages that support the families we serve
• Advanced certifications or specialized training (e.g., RBT certification)
