Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Center-Based Behavior Technician to support young children with ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will deliver 1:1 sessions, use play and movement to engage learners, and contribute to a structured, supportive classroom environment.

This full-time center-based role offers predictable hours, paid onboarding, ongoing supervision, and pathways for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50lbs
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Willingness to support coverage at nearby centers if needed
• No prior ABA experience required—we train you

Role Overview

As a Center-Based Behavior Technician,you'llwork directly with young children (typically ages18 months-6 years) to support skill development through play-based, individualized ABA therapy.You'llbe part of a collaborative team that values creativity, consistency, and compassionate care.

Pay Ranges (Based on Education & Experience)

• High School Diploma /Associate's Degree:$20.00 - $25.00/hour
• Bachelor's Degree:$21.00 - $25.00/hour

Additional factors that may increase starting pay include:

• Prior experience working in ABA or related behavioral health settings
• Higher levels of education or relevant coursework
• Fluency inadditionallanguages that support the families we serve
• Advanced certifications or specialized training (e.g., RBT certification)
