Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Center-Based Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in Fall River, MA. This full-time role offers a stable center-based schedule with growth opportunities and paid onboarding.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, engage children through play, and contribute to data collection and progress notes while receiving ongoing supervision and paid RBT certification.

• Full-time, center-based role

• Must be comfortable providing a portion of services in home and/or community settings, as needed to meet MassHealth requirements

Role Overview

As a Center-Based Behavior Technician,you'llwork directly with young children (typically ages18 months-6 years) to support skill development through play-based, individualized ABA therapy.You'llbe part of a collaborative team that values creativity, consistency, and compassionate care.

Pay Ranges (Based on Education & Experience)

• High School Diploma /Associate's Degree:$21.00 - $26.00/hour
• Bachelor's Degree:$22.00 - $26.00/hour

Additional factors that may increase starting pay include:

• Prior experience working in ABA or related behavioral health settings
• Higher levels of education or relevant coursework
• Fluency inadditionallanguages that support the families we serve
• Advanced certifications or specialized training (e.g., RBT certification)

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18

• Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations throughout the session
• Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, which may include aggression, elopement, or self-injurious behaviors

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Willingness to support coverage at nearby centers if needed
• No prior ABA experiencerequired-we train you

• Special education, psychology, sociology, or related studies
• Mental health or human services roles
• Camp counselor, volunteer, or youth program experience
