Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligibility to sit for exam within 3 months.
• Demonstrated skills implementing applied behavioral analysis (ABA) with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions that change the lives of children with autism.
• Share in the achievements of clients as they develop positive behaviors and learn new skills.
• Provide care during family conversations to ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring for potential issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge and experience through supervision, support, training, and orientation of the growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area, involving activity with children ages 2–15 years.
