Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Must hold BCBA and LBA/LABA licensure.
• Experience supervising staff necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of no more than 10 clients.
• Write and submit treatment plans.
• Conduct initial and renewal skills assessments.
• Conduct FBAs and create behavior support plans.
• Provide supervision to direct staff.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
• Ensure fidelity of treatment programs.
• Oversee data collection.
• Attend weekly team meetings.
• Provide parent training.
