Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinicians. We provide specialized ABA services to children from birth to 21, with a focus on meaningful outcomes and data-driven treatment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or sitting for exam within 3 months.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise implementation of targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Share in client achievements as positive behaviors develop and skills grow.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor for issues and communicate concerns to the team.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training and orientation of technicians.
• Assist with physical movement during sessions as needed.
