Job summary

Gemstone ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a collaborative, child-centered ABA program in Maryland. The role offers center-based or school-hour services with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices and team support.

You will conduct FBAs, develop and oversee treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with psychologists and educators to ensure ethical, high-quality care for children and families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Maryland LBA license is required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills are essential.
• Passion for compassionate, evidence-based, child-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop, implement, and update individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Provide direct clinical oversight of ABA treatment.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Technicians.
• Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
• Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral services as appropriate.
• Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill development across settings.
• Collaborate with psychologists, physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and payer standards.
