Centria Autism in Nottingham, MD is hiring a Center-Based BCBA to lead ABA therapy delivery in a supportive in-center setting. You will guide Behavior Technicians, develop assent-based, data-driven treatment plans, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and in-center ABA experience required.
• Ability to supervise and guide technicians and clinicians.
• Experience developing assent-based, data-driven treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery in a collaborative in-center environment.
• Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents during on-site training sessions to drive progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services with supervision and data-driven decisions.
