Job summary

Strategic Therapy Autism Services in New Jersey seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead development and oversight of individualized ABA plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will design, implement, and monitor programs with an emphasis on ethical, effective interventions.

This part-time/contract role offers flexible scheduling, supervision of RBTs, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support progress across settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and license in New Jersey.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience applying ABA principles with children/adolescents with ASD.
• Ability to conduct and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• In-home BCBA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments including functional analyses.
• Teach social interactions, self-control, and maintenance across settings.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and field staff.
• Guide families through results and clinical recommendations.
• Review and sign off on behavior/treatment plans.
