Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Pasadena, CA. This full-time role offers a rigorous, center-first ABA program designed to maximize clinical quality while reducing burnout, with a transparent, market-aligned compensation package.

Key responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, supervising staff, and collaborating with families to ensure skill generalization, all within a supportive leadership structure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Active LBA license where applicable
• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience with autism or developmental disabilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop data-driven BIPs
• Use Vineland-3 and other standardized tools for assessments
• Provide center-based ABA services to children with autism
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide treatment
• Supervise and coach Technicians and RBTs to ensure fidelity
• Collaborate with families to promote skill generalization
• Deliver crisis prevention and intervention when needed
• Work with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
