Job summary

Centria Autism seeks a Center-Based BCaBA to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in structured, collaborative centers in Greensboro, NC. You’ll supervise Behavior Technicians under a BCBA and contribute to program fidelity and data collection, while benefiting from mentorship and career development.

Base compensation ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities averaging about $1,000 per month.

Qualifications

• BCaBA credential required.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and RBTs is a plus.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions
• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions
• Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent‑based, child‑centered philosophy
