Job summary

Centria Autism’s centers are seeking a Center-Based BCaBA to deliver high-quality ABA therapy, supervise Behavior Technicians, and receive mentorship toward BCBA credential advancement in a structured, collaborative setting.

Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000, with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities averaging about $1,000 per month. Centria offers CEU stipends, paid CEU days, early wage access, and a supportive, equal-opportunity work culture.

Qualifications

• BCaBA credential and supervision experience in ABA therapy.
• Ability to oversee Behavior Technicians and support families.
• Data collection and analysis to guide treatment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions
• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions
• Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy
