Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in Indiana is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver center-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You’ll work one-on-one with kids, collaborating with clinicians to implement personalized therapy plans in a play-based setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Background check and drug test will be conducted at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids (18 months to school age) to provide ABA therapy in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with clinicians and behavior analysts to implement custom therapy plans.
• Use a play-based and naturalistic therapy approach to support learning.
• Help children progress and prepare for transition to traditional school settings.
• Track and document progress for each child as you implement therapy programs.
