Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist to deliver life-changing ABA therapy to children aged 2–12. This on-site, full-time role emphasizes a one-on-one approach, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervision to foster skill development in a fun, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 30 pounds.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children aged 2–12.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data; write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers under BCBA guidance.
• Assist BCBA in preparing and organizing client materials.
• Attend required trainings to maintain knowledge.
