Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in Decatur, IL is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to school-age in a center-based ABA program. You will collaborate with clinicians to implement customized therapy plans and track progress in a play-based, supportive environment.

No degree required, though a high school diploma is required and ongoing training to earn RBT certification is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Experience with children is preferred but not required.
• Passion for working with children with autism and their families.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids (18 months to school age) providing center-based ABA therapy.
• Collaborate with clinicians to implement personalized therapy plans.

• Help children progress academically and socially toward school readiness.
• Track and document progress for each child.
