Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Powell, TN is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our center-based treatment team. You will work 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under BCBA supervision, providing hands-on support and data collection to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience supporting children or adults with behavioral challenges preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Respond to client, family, and supervisor needs and requests.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and colleagues.
• Assist with physical activities to engage children safely during sessions.
• Carry out other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA as needed.
• Various schedules available.
