The UPS Store in Mint Hill, NC is hiring a full-time Center Associate. This customer-facing retail role involves processing UPS and USPS shipments, assisting customers with printing and design needs, handling cash, and maintaining store appearance.

Ideal candidates have strong customer-service skills, the ability to multitask, and are dependable and able to lift 50 pounds. Training is provided, and NC Notary Public certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assess customer needs
• Process UPS and USPS shipments and transactions
• Pack and prepare items for shipping using appropriate materials
• Operate the store independently, including opening and closing
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash management
• Assist customers with printing, copying, scanning, and other print services
• Provide basic technical and design assistance for printing projects
• Accept and distribute mail for mailbox customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store appearance
• Lift packages weighing 50 pounds
• Perform other duties related to daily store operations
