We operate two locally owned and operated The UPS Store locations: one in West Monroe and one in Ruston, Louisiana . Our stores provide shipping, printing, mailbox, and business services to individuals and small businesses in our communities.

Team members work directly with customers in a fast-paced retail environment, helping them ship packages, produce print materials, and solve everyday business needs. Roles may include customer service, print production, sales support, and operations, depending on the position and location.

About the role
