The UPS Store is recruiting a friendly Center Associate to assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, and business services in a fast-paced store.

New hires start at $13.00–$14.00 per hour, with potential increases to $15.00 after 90 days based on performance. Monthly sales bonuses and incentives reward strong customer service and store results.

Qualifications

Overview We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Center Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist customers with a variety of services, including shipping, packing, printing, and business services, while helping create a positive experience with every visit.

New hires will start at $13.00–$14.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. After completing 90 days of employment, employees may be eligible for an increase to $15.00 per hour based on performance and evaluation. In addition to hourly pay, team members have opportunities to earn monthly sales bonuses and additional performance-based incentives. Our incentive program rewards employees who contribute to store performance, provide exceptional customer service, and help create a positive customer experience.
