Job summary

AMSURG is hiring a Full Time Center Administrator in Rogers, Arkansas, to lead daily operations and collaborate with medical directors and staff. The role supervises nursing and patient care, handles credentialing and HR for medical staff, and guides QAPI programs to ensure quality and safety across the center.

The candidate should bring 5+ years in healthcare management, 2–3 years in an ASC, and hold an RN license or CPR/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years healthcare-management experience.
• 2–3 years ASC experience.
• RN license is preferred.
• CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Monitors operational activities for effective management of daily operations.
• Works collaboratively with Medical Directors, Board Members, Director of Operations and Clinical Director.
• Direct supervision of nursing and patient care.
• Oversees credentialing and HR for medical staff/allied health.
• Leads QAPI and quality improvement efforts.
• Manages services provided by contracted vendors.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures to meet regulatory and accrediting requirements.
