Concept Billing Solutions is seeking a dependable Census Specialist to maintain patient census records and support pharmacy billing operations in a busy Pottsville office.

You will review and update census data, coordinate with nursing facilities and billing colleagues, and monitor changes to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.

Concept Billing Solutions is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Census Specialist to maintain accurate patient and facility census information supporting pharmacy billing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys precise data entry, record reconciliation, and coordination with healthcare partners.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain accurate patient census, admissions, discharges, and transfer records.

• Review and update patient, facility, and insurance information to support billing accuracy.

• Monitor census changes and reconcile discrepancies across records and systems.

• Coordinate with nursing facilities, pharmacy staff, and billing colleagues to confirm changes and obtain missing information.

• Ensure required census documentation is complete, current, and properly recorded.

• Identify inconsistencies promptly and follow through on corrections.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in healthcare administration, census management, pharmacy operations, or medical billing preferred; training may be available.

• LTC or skilled nursing facility experience is a plus.

• Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage frequent updates and communicate clearly with internal and external partners.

• Microsoft Excel proficiency is a plus; PointClickCare (PCC) familiarity preferred but not required.

• Comfort working independently in a busy, team-oriented office.
