Qualifications

• Experience with medical or pharmacy billing and insurance claim processing.
• LTC pharmacy billing experience is a plus.
• Familiar with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance processes.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Ability to work across multiple computer systems; Microsoft Excel proficiency is a plus.
• Knowledge of PointClickCare (PCC) preferred but not required.

Concept Billing Solutions is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialist to support accurate, timely pharmacy and healthcare billing. You will help manage claims, research discrepancies, and coordinate with insurance providers and internal teams to resolve billing issues.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
