Job summary

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of six months experience operating standard equipment.
• Acceptable driving record and applicable license(s) to operate equipment/vehicles.
• Ability to operate hand-held tools and equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and families.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Understanding of safety and Universal Precautions.

Responsibilities

• Performs openings and closings for burials, entombments and inurnments.
• Sets, installs, and assembles foundations, memorials, and markers.
• Installs outer burial containers and handles/fulfills work orders.
• Responds to service requests and completes work orders.
• Conduits Interment Verification Procedures and site preparation.
• Maintains clean, safe work area and adheres to safety standards.
