Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services (CFCS) is seeking a Cemetery Sales Associate in Hayward, CA. You will guide families through pre-need and at-need cemetery decisions with compassion, aligning work with faith and shared values.

The role offers uncapped commissions, a base salary, and full benefits within a faith-based organization. Responsibilities include leading consultative conversations, achieving personal success with team support, and thriving in a dynamic environment where every day

Qualifications

• Prospecting experience a must.
• Bilingual: Spanish a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License a must.
• 2-4 years performance-based sales.
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment, all backgrounds welcome to apply.

• Supreme organizational skills.
• Willingness to put in the work.
