Job summary

It is full-time supervisory work over a diverse crew, with guidance but autonomy to set work methods. You will meet families to arrange burial details, oversee lot sales and transfers, coordinate vendors, and submit weekly reports.

Responsibilities

• Directs ground maintenance crew and community service workers to maintain cemetery grounds.
• Meets with families to arrange burial event details.
• Prepares and maintains cemetery records.
• Oversees family lot sales and transfers.
• Directs vendors, contractors, and film producers on cemetery sensitivities.
• Submits weekly reports for maintenance, equipment, and Kronos.
• Sets work methods, schedules, and performance standards with general guidance.
• Provides leadership and training to less experienced staff.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
