Sci Corp is seeking a Cemetery Maintenance leader to oversee operations for multiple cemeteries in the Bellevue area, WA. This role requires extensive supervision, budgeting, and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple cemeteries and coordinate staff schedules to ensure coverage and safety.
• Manage grounds keeping, landscaping, and seasonal plantings to present a manicured property; liaise with local authorities as needed.
• Source vendors, procure inventory, review invoices, and maintain equipment.
• Manage mausoleum new construction: obtain drawings, budgeting, and vendor selection; coordinate with home office on capital projects.
• Develop annual operating and personnel budgets and plan for equipment replacement.
