Service Corporation International is seeking a seasoned Cemetery Operations Manager in the United States. You will oversee multiple cemetery sites, directing staff, budgets, and capital projects while ensuring compliance with environmental, wildlife, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Eight or more years of cemetery maintenance experience with increasing responsibilities.
Two or more years supervising and managing staff.
Experience with environmental regulatory compliance.
Experience in new construction / capital expenditure development.
Knowledge of wildlife regulations and staff safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations of multiple cemeteries.
Set and communicate work, quality, and safety expectations to exceed customer service.
Coordinate staff schedules to ensure coverage and minimize overtime.
Manage grounds keeping, landscaping, and seasonal plantings for a welcoming appearance.
Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and wildlife regulations.
Develop annual operating budgets and manage vendor sourcing and selection.
