Job summary

Everstory Partners in Bryn Mawr, PA seeks a Cemetery Groundskeeper to maintain grounds, perform landscape duties, and support funeral services with safety and care. The role requires operating equipment and providing reliable maintenance across the property.

Responsibilities include yard upkeep, equipment maintenance, vault/headstone installations as needed, and day-to-day maintenance tasks. A valid driver’s license and flexibility for holidays/evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High School equivalency required.
• 2+ years experience in maintenance or related field.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read and execute memos and directives from supervisor/management.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance duties (weed-whacking, lawn mowing, etc.).
• Maintain equipment.
• Contribute to all functions related to funeral services.
• Operate machinery safely and properly.
• Assist in installing cemetery vaults and headstones as needed.
• Handle day-to-day general maintenance duties.
• Assist with snow removal if applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Grounds Superintendent.
