Job summary

Everstory Partners is hiring a Cemetery Groundskeeper in our Pennsylvania location. You will maintain grounds, operate equipment, and assist with cemetery vaults and memorial installations while ensuring safety for staff and visitors.

The role requires 2+ years in maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. Holidays/evenings/weekends may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School equivalency required.
• 2+ years experience in maintenance or related field.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and machinery.
• Read and execute memos and directives from supervisor/management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with interruptions.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Care, maintenance, and repairs of the property to ensure safety for staff and visitors.
• Perform landscape duties such as weed-whacking and lawn mowing.
• Maintain equipment and assist with cemetery vaults and headstones as needed.
• Operate machinery safely and read directives from management.
• Handle day-to-day maintenance tasks and snow removal if applicable.
• Support the Grounds Superintendent as assigned.
