Qualifications

• Two years supervising and managing staff.
• Experience with environmental regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple cemeteries and ensure services exceed customer expectations.
• Manage grounds keeping, landscaping, and seasonal plantings for welcoming properties.
• Source and procure tools, materials, and equipment; review invoices for payment.
• Manage mausoleum new construction: obtain drawings, budgeting, vendor sourcing, and project coordination.
• Develop annual operating and personnel budgets to meet financial targets.
