Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Must have basic mechanical aptitude and ability to work with associates, vendors and the public.

Responsibilities

• Under immediate supervision, performs routine grounds maintenance work for City-owned cemeteries.
• Operates commercial mowers and handheld equipment (blowers, weed-trimmers); assists with landscaping tasks and equipment maintenance.
• Helps customers with cemetery-related service requests.
