Job summary

Rose Hills is seeking a CAD-driven professional to lead site plan production and map-based exhibits for cemetery development and property management. You will coordinate with design consultants through design, permitting, and construction, ensuring compliance with state codes and internal standards.

The role requires knowledge of AutoCAD and scheduling software, plus strong communication and budgeting skills, with a background in landscape or construction management.

Qualifications

• Landscape Architectural, Property or Construction Management degree with 2–5 years of cemetery development or property management experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD Release 25 and Microsoft Office; familiarity with HMIS preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; understanding of environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Produce AutoCAD site plans and base sheets.
• Create sales maps and graphic exhibits.
• Record map production and file with County/Agencies per regulations.
• Maintain regulatory compliance binders and project files.
• Coordinate design consultants during design, permitting, and construction phases.
• Review RFIs and submittals for DCD input/approval.
• Provide monthly reports on budgets, changes, risks, and schedules.
• Support estimation, budgeting, design plans, contracting, scheduling and cost control.
