Responsibilities

• Independently creates and manages CAD designs and production drawings for diverse projects.
• Supports leadership in driving innovation, processes, and QA/QC across the CAD team.
• Identifies opportunities to streamline workflows and improve CAD deliverables.
• Contributes to ongoing technical growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assists in balancing workload by analyzing utilization and coordinating with departments.
• Provides day‑to‑day mentorship to CAD staff, including interns, and supports training.
