CADG Materials is seeking a Cement Transloader for the Deen Rd location in Fort Worth, TX. This role involves unloading cement from railcars, loading trailers, and supporting terminal operations in an outdoor, industrial setting.

The position requires early starts, teamwork, and a strong safety mindset. Candidates should be dependable and able to work in varying weather conditions while meeting daily load goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Basic math and recordkeeping skills.
• Able to travel to other terminals when needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload bulk cement and other materials from pneumatic railcars into silos.
• Load pneumatic trailers and trucks from silos and railcars.
• Operate or learn to operate railcar loading and unloading equipment, hoses, pumps, conveyors, and related tools.
• Inspect inbound and outbound railcars before and after loading or unloading.
• Prepare and manage load schedules for the next day.
• Enter customer orders and railcar shipments into inventory systems accurately.
• Verify inventory and shipment details before truck and railcar arrivals.
• Email or process Bills of Lading and other shipment paperwork as required.
• Assist drivers, customers, and team members with load-related needs.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized terminal.
• Perform general facility duties such as cleanup, light maintenance, painting, and landscape upkeep.
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
